Elizabeth is the Senior Vice President, Head of Legal & Compliance at Pathalys Pharma, Inc. She brings more than 20 years of legal experience in the life sciences industry, spanning corporate governance, compliance, commercial and medical affairs strategy, strategic transactions, and regulatory matters.

Prior to joining Pathalys, Elizabeth served as Head of Legal & Compliance, North America at Bavarian Nordic. Earlier in her career, she held legal and compliance leadership positions at Relypsa, Iovance Biotherapeutics, Onyx Pharmaceuticals, and Amgen, working across key stages of clinical development, product launch, commercialization, and growth.

Elizabeth graduated from Smith College and earned her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
