Pam leads the Regulatory Team of Pathalys Pharma, Inc. She brings more than 25 years of experience guiding pharmaceutical and biotechnology products from early development through registration and commercialization.

She previously served as Head of Regulatory Affairs and Acting Head of Quality at Terns Pharmaceuticals, and in prior Global Regulatory Leadership roles with Takeda, Amgen and Gilead Sciences, working across various therapeutic areas including metabolic disease, inflammation, bone health and infectious disease. As a consultant, she provided regulatory guidance to the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation on global health programs.

Pam began her career in basic scientific research. She holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Biochemistry from the University of Western Ontario and an M.Sc. in Biochemistry and Genetics from the University of Ottawa.
